Thankfully, there is a human inside me and<span>&nbsp;realized how important it is to kill the word \u201cStress\u201d at our workplace. Are we talking about not being under pressure?. Well, NO!. You can\u2019t perform without pressure. There is a thin line between Stress and pressure which makes or breaks people. So, what should we do?. Believe in the team, focus on the efforts, appreciate and reward, forget about results. I know it\u2019s not what businessmen want but what\u2019s the fun of breaking down someone at the cost of an achievement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The firm belief, \u201cPreach your team to give their best and not compromise\u201d. If something din\u2019t work by the end of it, have the nature to say \u201cYou will get there next time!\u201d. People thrive in confidence.
